- ➣ Note: This article is about the comics. For the TV series, see Ibrahim Ramin.
Ibrahaim Ramin was a Centers for Disease Control and Prevention biologist,[1] their liaison to the Revitalized Citizen Arbitration Team,[2] and a sleeper agent for the Central Intelligence Agency.[3]
Biography[]
Ibrahaim grew up with devout Muslim parents, who he described as "nice" and "sweet."[4] He had a brother, Omar Jafari, who became known as "the shoe bomber." After Omar's imprisonment, Ibrahaim had an affair with his wife, Ami.[5] The CIA threatened Omar with life in prison unless Ibrahaim watched "troublemakers" for them as a sleeper agent.[3]
Nineteen days after Revival Day, Ibrahaim went to Wisconsin as their new CDC liaison to a unit dedicated to crimes and conflicts involving Revivers.[2] He studied the corpse of Arlene Dittman, a Reviver who came back to life before him on the examining table,[6] and learned that their condition did not spread.[1] That night, he flirted and hooked up with Dana after meeting her in a bar. However, he quickly learned she was not only Sheriff Wayne Cypress's daughter, but a police officer appointed to work with Ibrahaim in the Revitalized Citizen Arbitration Team.[6]
