Frison is best known for her covers for Wonder Woman, Red Sonja, Revival, Xena: Warrior Princess, Clean Room, Angel, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, among other comic titles.

Of the 47 issues from the Revival series, Frison illustrated covers for 46 of them (excepting the issue #12), which includes eleven original variants and eight reprint covers. She also produced the cover art for Revival/Chew, the four hardcovers, and the complete collection for the comics.
