Randy Decker[1] was an crematorium technician at the Heinlien Funeral Home[2] who aspired to be a professional bowler.[2][1] He cooperated with the Revitalized Citizen Arbitration Team due to his involvement in the attempt cremation of "John Doe"[1] and his analysis of the remains of Arlene Dittman.[3]
After the explosion of Heinlien Funeral Home, Randy spent most of his time playing bowl.[1] He had a girlfriend[1] and was a fan of the band Rush.[3] During the riots of Wisconsin, Randy joined a "peaceful citizens" gathering seeking a peaceful resolution to the war.[4]
