The Revitalized Citizen Arbitration Team was a police unit dedicated to crimes or conflicts involving revitalized citizens. Ibrahaim Ramin acted as the CDC liaison, Sheriff Wayne Cypress appointed Dana Cypress from the Rothschild Police Department,[1] and Brent Gunderson from RPD also joined the team.[2]
The RCAT worked on the cases of the Revivers Arlene Dittman,[1][3] Dagmar Fiskbüller,[4] Barbara Szuba,[5] and Anders Hine,[6] the latter in association with the FBI.[7]
